Product description

The MobilGate-Micro is an industrial GSM-based module designed for family use, for opening doors, barriers, gates, and garage doors. It has 1 potential-free contact input and 2 single-circuit low-current relay outputs. Users can activate the relays by making a call to them. The GSM gate opener recognizes 8 phone numbers. Thus, the module, which is based on caller ID recognition, can operate its output 1 only for calls from pre-programmed phone numbers (dedicated phone numbers) and can keep the relay engaged for the programmed duration. Output 2 of the module can be programmed to open, for example, for calls from any phone number (even numbers without caller ID display). In this way, the module can operate 2 gates from one phone.

The power supply for the MobilGate-Micro gate opener module can be 10-35Vdc direct current or 10-24Vac alternating current, with a minimum load capacity of 500mA. It forwards SMS messages from the service provider to a specified phone number according to the settings, and its operation can be continuously monitored with a configured heartbeat sending function. In the case of family homes, it is recommended that the output operating with caller ID recognition controls the main gate, while, for example, a smaller gate or garden gate equipped with a simple magnetic lock can be controlled by a relay activated by a call for those who know the phone number of the SIM card in the module. The relays can be programmed for monostable (engagement for the programmed time) or bistable operation (relay engages on a call, disengages on the next call). The user receives an SMS with pre-programmed content about changes in the module's input (e.g., error signal).

In monostable mode, upon a call, the relay engages and also disconnects the line, which the caller will hear as a "call cut-off," i.e., a busy tone. In bistable mode, when called, the relay in the module switches off around the third ring, and disconnects the line. The relay outputs are single-circuit NO type, with a load capacity of 48V/1A. The module is available in two versions.

The MobilGate-Micro is sold in a gray box version with a built-in antenna. The version that can also be installed in a metal cabinet, of similar size but in a black box, is called MobilGate-Micro-a  and comes with a screw-on SMA antenna connector and an external magnetic antenna of approx. 60 cm for better signal strength. Our free operating software called Unified and its description can be freely downloaded from our website, www.solar-soft.hu. Our modules can be programmed from a computer via their microUSB connectors using a standard microUSB cable. The MobilGate-Micro works with both subscription and prepaid nanoSIM cards, independent of the service provider.
