MobilTherm-1m

The MobilTherm-1M is an industrial GSM-based thermostat, temperature indicator, and temperature alarm module designed for remote measurement, remote signaling, and remote control. The GSM module has an internal Lithium-polymer battery, an external digital thermometer, an input activated by a potential-free closing contact, and 1+1 single-circuit, low-current relay outputs. Its general relay outputs can be switched on and off with an SMS in a bistable (changing only upon another SMS) state, or in a monostable state, meaning they can be energized for a given time in response to a command SMS, after which the relays automatically switch off. The digital thermometer connectable to the module can measure and regulate between -50°C and +50°C. If the set lower and upper temperature limits are exceeded, the module will send an SMS to the pre-programmed user phone numbers and also initiate a voice call. It also sends SMS messages about changes in the digital input. Users are notified of temperature alarms or input changes via a pre-configured SMS and/or a phone call. The relay's NO and COM outputs are wired out, so the connected consumer is off in its default state. It can be switched on by energizing the relay.

The MobilTherm-1M GSM temperature alarm can be programmed for a maximum of 4 phone numbers. It is suitable for both industrial and private use, so it is recommended for apartments, weekend houses, and holiday homes for frost protection and/or tempering, but it can also be effectively used in agricultural or animal husbandry facilities. Its power supply can be a 8-30Vdc DC voltage with a minimum load capacity of 500mA. Programming is possible via computer or laptop using our free "Unified" download software via a USB port, or by modifying the configuration by sending a few SMS messages to the module. The input and output can be named with a maximum of 32 characters, and the format of the output control command can also be defined. The module only accepts commands from dedicated phone numbers, ensuring that unauthorized persons cannot disable or reprogram the module. The module has an internal battery, so it sends an alarm even in the event of a power outage. It operates for approximately 4-6 hours on the internal battery, so if power is restored within this time, the device will also report it via SMS and call.

The MobilTherm-1M is supplied complete with an industrial GSM module, always with the latest operating software, and with an external or internal antenna. This module, with an internal antenna and thermometer, is marketed under the name MobilTherm-1M, while the external antenna and external thermometer version is known as MobilTherm-1Ma. The smaller member of the family is the MobilTherm-1S, and the larger version is manufactured under the name MobilTherm-1xL, both of which are available in external and internal thermometer and antenna versions. The smallest S-version does not have an internal battery, while the larger xL version contains an internal battery. The version that can be snapped onto a "C" rail (DIN rail) is available under the name MobilTherm-1C, with an internal battery and high-current relays, for controlling devices with a current consumption not exceeding 230V and 8A. All devices are available with a built-in small stub antenna or an external magnetic base antenna.
