The MobilSwitch-Micro-C is a GSM remote signaling and control module developed for remote signaling and remote operation. It is a DIN rail-mounted, high-current relay output module, and the more modern successor to the MobilSwitch-2c. Its 2 inputs are activated by potential-free contacts, and it has two single-circuit high-current relay outputs with a maximum load capacity of 6A at 230V. It can be programmed from a laptop or desktop computer using its own software, the Unified downloader. The module notifies the user of changes in the inputs via programmed SMS and a call. An optional acknowledgment function can be set. The relays can be remotely controlled by SMS with user-programmed content or by a free ring based on caller ID recognition. It has two operating modes: monostable (automatically switches off after a certain time after activation) and bistable (where activation and deactivation must be performed by separate commands). The MobilSwitch-Micro-C can be programmed for up to 8 phone numbers. Its power supply is industrial range, 10-35V DC with a minimum load capacity of 500mA.
The GSM pager's digital input and relay output can be named with a maximum of 32 characters. Similarly, the user can define the commands for switching the outputs on and off. Due to the module's internal timer, the output in monostable mode can be switched for a maximum duration of 100 hours when initiated by a call. For each valid phone number, it can be specified which phone should receive an SMS alert for an alarm triggered by an input. SMS messages from the service provider are forwarded to a specified phone number according to the settings, and its operation can be continuously monitored with a set heartbeat function. The modules are available in two versions: with a built-in dual-band antenna, or with an external screw-on magnetic base antenna with an SMA connector mounted on a 60cm RG-174 coax cable.
The MobilSwitch-Micro-C GSM remote signaling and control module operates with a service provider-independent industrial GSM module and a subscription or prepaid nanoSIM card without a PIN code. These are universal remote signaling and control modules, which are the middle members of the MobilSwitch device family. Simpler types are the MobilSwitch-Nano devices for general use, while the MobilSwitch-Nano-C is for high-current switching. The module can be purchased in a DIN rail-mounted box with a right-angle rod antenna. The antenna and our downloader software are included with every device. The antenna is found in the device box at the time of purchase, and the universal downloader software called Unified is available under the https://solar-soft.hu/letoltesek menu item.
