Product description

The MobilGate-Midi is a GSM module suitable for remote control and operation of doors, gates, garage doors, barriers, and parking posts. It has 1 input that activates on a closing contact, suitable for transmitting fault signals, emergency bells, entrance bells, etc. Its output consists of 2 low-current, single-circuit relay outputs. The first low-current relay output, according to programming, grants permission to a maximum of 200 dedicated users for free remote operation by calling or ringing, based on caller ID recognition. The recognition of up to 200 phone numbers also means 200 authorizations for the 200 users programmed with names and caller IDs. The second relay can be operated remotely by anyone, regardless of caller ID or caller ID display, if they know the phone number of the SIM card in the module.

The relay outputs operated by calling can be set to monostable state (automatically switches off after a certain period following activation) or bistable state (where switching on and off must be performed with separate commands). The general inputs, intended for various purposes, can be used, for example, for transmitting gate fault signals, notification bells, general alerts, etc., via SMS. The designated service phone number will be notified of changes in the input via an SMS with content corresponding to the programming.

The power supply of the MobilGate-Midi is industrial range, 10-40Vdc direct current with a minimum load capacity of 500mA, or 10-24Vac alternating current also with a minimum load capacity of 500mA. It forwards incoming SMS messages from the provider to a specified phone number according to the settings, and its continuous operation can be monitored with a configured heartbeat function.

Its relay outputs can be set to a monostable state (automatically switches off after a certain period following activation) or a bistable state (where switching on and off must be performed with separate commands). The general inputs, intended for various purposes, can be used, for example, for transmitting gate fault signals, notification bells, general alerts, etc., via SMS and call. The designated service phone number will be notified of changes in the input via an SMS with content corresponding to the programming, and all events will also appear in the file corresponding to the given date on the server.

The MobilGate-Midi module is available in two versions: in a grey box with a built-in dual-band antenna, or in a black box with an RG-174, SMA connector external magnetic base antenna. The MobilGate-Midi is the middle member of the family. The MobilGate-Mini is a module with similar parameters designed for 50 users. The currently largest member of the family is the MobilGate-Max online module, also designed for 200 users, but it can upload events via a GPRS connection to any server where the data is stored. The stored data can later form the database and basis for security or timekeeping software.
